The National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) and Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs said that the national afforestation campaign ‘Forever Green’ received generous support from the University College of Bahrain (UCB).

During a special ceremony, 60 seedlings of cassia trees were planted in Safrah Park .

The generous contribution confirms the UCB ‘s interest in expanding the green area and its keenness to preserve the natural wealth.

The campaign encourages participation in national initiatives and community partnerships in supporting government plans to reduce carbon emissions and achieve environmental sustainability.
